You can always rely on the quality

Around 330 wholesalers offer their products in Hamburg’s wholesale market; their customers are weekly market traders, operators of specialist shops as well as restaurants, hotels and canteens. With such a selection, buyers can certainly prove to be choosy. Every wholesaler is thus keen to offer goods of the highest quality. Nothing is left to chance in the process. For example, the collection point of a residue analysis laboratory is to be found directly on site which means that any contamination, however small, can be detected.
