The following proofs and documents must be provided for the issuance of the market pass: A trading licence (business registration, VAT booklet, travel trade card or other proof of trade) and a SEPA mandate are to be submitted in the original. If more than three passes are required, please use the separate attachment. An identity card or residence permit, together with a registration certificate, must be submitted once for each person who is to receive a market pass by application. In addition, for persons who do not appear on site for the application, pictures must be provided, either in the form of passport photos or via e-mail to the address
firstname.lastname@example.org. If the owner/managing director does not appear in person to apply, the applicant must also submit a power of attorney from the owner/managing director, together with his/her identity card or residence permit.
The issuing charge and market usage fee for the current year will be deducted from your account as soon as market IDs have been reissued. Subsequently, the market usage fee will be deducted at the start of each calendar year.
An original SEPA direct debit mandate is required to facilitate payment.

€ 31.00 incl. VAT market usage fee per calendar year
The notice period for IDs is 15 December of any calendar year. Notice takes effect from 31 December of the calendar year.
If an employee changes their employer during the year, the ID can be blocked at any time on request.
