Specialist trading licence, VAT book, itinerant trade licence or other trade certificate as well as a photo of the future ID holder. The photo can be processed on site, sent by email or enclosed as a passport photo. Please enclose a power of attorney from the owner of the company or bring it with you when applying for the ID.
The issuing charge and market usage fee for the current year will be deducted from your account as soon as market IDs have been reissued. Subsequently, the market usage fee will be deducted at the start of each calendar year.
An original SEPA direct debit mandate is required to facilitate payment.
€ 10.00 incl. VAT issuing fee per ID one-off charge
€ 31.00 incl. VAT market usage fee per calendar year
The notice period for IDs is 15 December of any calendar year. Notice takes effect from 31 December of the calendar year.
If an employee changes their employer during the year, the ID can be blocked at any time on request.
